Refund & Return policy

Sometimes things don’t work out as expected, we understand. We accept returns and refunds on items that are in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to make a return, it needs to be done by the person who originally made the purchase.

Return

When you send a return, please keep the following things in mind:

  • Items you return must be in the same condition and same packaging you received them.
  • If the items are damaged upon delivery, you can return them free of charge and receive a full refund.
  • If you want to change an item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
  • You are responsible for the items you wish to return until we receive them.

It can take up to 14 days before we have received and processed your return. When your return has been processed, your purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. This can take up to 5 working days. We will keep in touch throughout the process and will email you once we have processed your return.

Do not forget to enclose the packing slip and state what you want to return (circle item).

Refunds

  • QRing can only refund orders placed directly through our website. If you purchased your QRing item(s) through another party (like Bol.com), check their website for return instructions.
  • Partial returns are not eligible for refund (example: If you ordered 5 items, you must return all 5 to receive a refund).
  • The order must be returned in good condition with its original packaging.
  • You can return your QRing for a refund within 30 days from the day you received your QRing shipment.
